The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer regarding the sale and delivery of the product specified below, the characteristics and sale price of which are determined by the consumer through the inocosmetic.co.uk website.

On the other hand, due to the fact that installment sales can only be made with credit cards belonging to Banks, the CONSUMER agrees, declares, and undertakes that they will additionally confirm the relevant interest rates and information about default interest with their bank, and that the provisions regarding interest and default interest will be applied within the scope of the credit card agreement between the Bank and the CONSUMER in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.
Return Procedure:
In cases where the CONSUMER exercises their right of withdrawal or in cases where the ordered product cannot be supplied for various reasons or where the Consumer Arbitration Board decisions determine that a refund should be made to the CONSUMER, the refund procedure for payment options is specified below:
Return Procedure for Payment by Credit Card
If the purchase is made with a credit card and in installments, the BANK will refund the CONSUMER in installments as the CONSUMER received the product. After the SELLER pays the entire amount of the product to the bank at once, when installment purchases made with the Bank's POS terminals are refunded to the CONSUMER's credit card, the requested refund amounts will be transferred to the accounts of the parties involved in the matter by the Bank again in installments to prevent any party from being disadvantaged. The installment amounts paid by the CONSUMER until the sale is canceled will be reflected in the card with 1 (one) refund per month if the refund date does not coincide with the card's statement closing dates. The CONSUMER will receive the installment amounts he has paid before the refund for as many months as the number of installments before the sale, and these amounts will be deducted from his current debts.
In the case of returning goods and services purchased with a card, the SELLER cannot make a cash payment to the CONSUMER in accordance with the agreement made with the Bank. When a return transaction occurs, the SELLER will process the refund through the relevant software, and since the SELLER is obliged to pay the relevant amount to the Bank in cash or by set-off, cash payment cannot be made to the CONSUMER in accordance with the procedure described above. The refund to the credit card will be made by the Bank after the SELLER pays the total amount to the Bank at once, in accordance with the procedure described above.
The CONSUMER acknowledges and accepts this procedure.
Return Procedure for Payment by Bank Transfer or EFT
For the return of the product purchased by bank transfer or EFT, the CONSUMER's bank account information will be requested, and the refund will be made through bank transfer or EFT to the account specified by the CONSUMER (the account must be in the name of the person indicated on the invoice address or the name of the user member).
The SELLER will pay the entire product price back to the bank at once for payments made by bank transfer or EFT.
In the case of returning goods and services purchased through bank transfer or EFT, the SELLER cannot make a cash payment to the CONSUMER in accordance with the agreement made with the Bank. When a return transaction occurs, the SELLER will process the refund through the relevant software, and since the SELLER is obliged to pay the relevant amount to the Bank in cash or by set-off, cash payment cannot be made to the CONSUMER in accordance with the procedure described above.

Packaging, shipping, and delivery costs are covered by the SELLER. The shipping fee is 0.00 TL and is added to the total order amount. It is not included in the product price. Delivery will be made by the contracted courier company to the address specified by the CONSUMER above. In case the CONSUMER is not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the Company will be deemed to have fulfilled its performance fully and completely. Therefore, the SELLER is not responsible for any damages or expenses arising from the CONSUMER receiving the product late or not receiving it at all. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in sound, complete, and compliant with the specified qualifications, as well as with warranty documents and usage instructions if available.
Fast and Easy Shopping: After the order is confirmed, the "CONSUMER" accepts that, by clicking the "APPROVE" tab in the quick and easy shopping section on the order approval screen, and by entering the SMS verification activation code sent to the customer's registered mobile phone within 180 seconds in the relevant section on the site under the "customer profile information," the shipping company, delivery address, payment options, and information will be saved and stored under the "customer profile information" with the customer's consent. The relevant information recorded with the consent of the "CONSUMER" will be stored under the "customer profile information" and will be removed from the "customer profile" when requested by the "CONSUMER."
ITEM - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The CONSUMER has the right of withdrawal without showing any reason and without paying a penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of signing this Distance Sales Agreement. The right of withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is established for service contracts; for contracts regarding the delivery of goods, the period starts on the day the CONSUMER or the third party designated by the CONSUMER receives the goods. However, the CONSUMER may exercise the right of withdrawal during the period from the establishment of the contract until the delivery of the goods. In determining the right of withdrawal period;

In contracts where the goods are delivered regularly over a certain period, the day on which the CONSUMER or the third party designated by the CONSUMER receives the first goods will be taken into account. The CONSUMER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of goods or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in the financial markets and are not under the control of the SELLER or provider.
Contracts for goods that are prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs.
Contracts for the delivery of perishable or quickly expired goods.
Contracts for the delivery of goods that are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, and whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package, etc. have been opened after delivery.
Contracts for the delivery of goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and are inseparable by nature.
Contracts for the delivery of goods provided electronically and instantly, or services provided to the CONSUMER immediately.
Contracts for goods or services delivered to the CONSUMER instantly.
Contracts regarding the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except for those provided within the scope of a subscription agreement.
Contracts for the provision of leisure or recreation services to be performed at a specific date or period, accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and entertainment.
Services whose execution has started with the approval of the CONSUMER before the expiration of the withdrawal period, except for subscription contracts.
ITEM - GENERAL PROVISIONS
The CONSUMER declares that they have read and informed about the preliminary information about the product on the inocosmetic.co.uk website and has provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
The product will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the contract. The entire responsibility until the delivery of the product belongs to the SELLER.
If the contracted product is to be delivered to another person or organization other than the CONSUMER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the recipient of the delivery refuses to accept it.
The SELLER is responsible for delivering the contracted product in sound, complete, compliant with the qualifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents and usage instructions, if available.
For the delivery of the contracted product, it is necessary for the payment of the price of this contract to be made through the payment method preferred by the CONSUMER. If for any reason the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER will be deemed to have been released from the obligation to deliver the product. In case the CONSUMER's credit card is used by unauthorized persons unjustly or unlawfully, the BANK, which is the carrier of the order for the payment of the product, does not pay the relevant amount to the SELLER due to the CONSUMER's credit card being used in an unauthorized or illegal manner not caused by the CONSUMER, the CONSUMER is obliged to return the product to the SELLER. The SELLER is responsible for returning the product to the bank and receiving the entire amount of the product. In this case, the shipping costs belong to the CONSUMER.
The CONSUMER can return the products within the scope of the warranty card within 30 days. When returning the products, the CONSUMER should send the products together with the refund request form to the address of the SELLER. The SELLER undertakes to refund the product price and the shipping fee to the CONSUMER, and these fees will be refunded within 14 days after the product reaches the SELLER.
The total price of the products specified in this contract is a preliminary protocol for the products that are planned to be completed with official procedures carried out by official authorities in accordance with relevant legislation. The total price of these products, which will be completed by making the relevant official procedures and paying the full amount of the products, is stated in the Campaign Terms and/or Product Descriptions. However, this amount does not include expenses that may arise during the official procedures. Such expenses will be paid by the CONSUMER during the completion of the official procedures. Sales of this nature will be considered completed when the total amount is paid to the SELLER by the CONSUMER and official procedures are completed. Therefore, the provisions that do not apply to these products, such as the right of withdrawal, shipping/delivery, and similar aspects, will not be valid for these products.
ITEM - DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION
In case of any disputes arising from this contract, Istanbul Anatolian Adliyesi Courts and Execution Offices; the applicable law is Turkish Law.
For disputes with a value up to the amount announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, the CONSUMER will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees in the Province or District where the transaction is made or where the CONSUMER's residence is located, and in disputes with a value exceeding this amount, the Consumer Courts in the Province or District where the transaction is made or where the CONSUMER's residence is located will be authorized.
By completing the order, the CONSUMER is deemed to have accepted all the conditions of this contract.
